ACLU of Kentucky

The "American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Kentucky" as they call themselves, is a organization convinced of ratifying the TRUE American rights set forth by the Constitution. They claim to be enforcing the idea of human rights, but they seem to forget several of others.

"The Freedom of Speech". Everyone, even organizations, have this right. If a organization wishes to make known their beliefs, even if the ACLU of Kentucky disagrees with them. I find it amazing that I can put "look how big my balls are" out on the front porch of a school portable, and they not say anything. But the second I put "God Bless America" on a sign in a school yard, I'm sued for all myself, and my family, own. Freedom of speech applies to EVERYONE.

It also constitutes that anyone can say anything, even if you disagree with it "ACLU".

The ACLU states that they enforce all rights of people. What about the most valued? Come on, the one that's in that dusty room at the Smithsonian?

Freedom of...um...um...RELIGON! People should have the ability to worship whomever and/or whatever they wish. This statement is not only made for Christians, but Muslims and Buddhists.

The ACLU of Kentucky and their gay leader Michael Aldridge is a joke. Did you know that the ACLU of Kentucky is trying to restrict religious freedom with follow sodomites at Kentucky Equality Federation and Louisville Fairness Campaign by fighting House Bill 279 currently before the governor for signature?

I saved my readers from the pain of seeing Bully Chris Hartman and Michael Aldridge drinking by the lake with alcohol paid for by taxpayers. Instead I opted to post no photos. Bully Hartman and Adridge are good friends, they go to D.C. together, camping, and sucking you all dry of money to do so. I have the photos.

Also in my opinion, the ACLU is a threat to national security. They constantly threaten U.S. Government agencies about "Spying on citizens". The government needs to do little things like this in order to keep us safe guys! It is a new world. And in this new world people want to commit REAL hurt on America.

Some will even go as far as torturing all Americans until they die, then decrementing their bodies. I would much rather allow my government to spy on us a little, then have that happen to my family and friends for just being American.

The ACLU is simply put, is the worlds worst agency for America. They claim to enforce one right, but they stab all the other rights in the back in the process. I honestly believe that they world would be a better place without the "American Civil Liberties Union". They disrupt society and make the world very black and white. And as anyone that has seen a crayon box, how boring is black and white?

10 Reasons to Stop the ACLU Countdown (from Stop the ACLU):

10: The ACLU was founded by Communist, with communist ideals, communist goals, and they continue to impose a Communist like agenda on America daily. The founder of the ACLU, Roger Baldwin stated clearly…

My chief aversion is the system of greed, private profit, privilege and violence which makes up the control of the world today, and which has brought it to the tragic crisis of unprecedented hunger and unemployment…Therefore, I am for Socialism, disarmament and ultimately, for the abolishing of the State itself…I seek the social ownership of property, the abolition of the propertied class and sole control of those who produce wealth. Communism is the goal.”

During the 1930s, the ACLU started to engage in work combating police misconduct and Native American rights. Most of the ACLU's cases came from the Communist party and Jehovah's Witnesses. In 1940, ACLU leadership was caught up in the Red Scare, the promotion of fear of a potential rise of communism or radical leftism, used by anti-leftist proponents. In the United States, the First Red Scare was about worker (socialist) revolution and political radicalism. The Second Red Scare was focused on national and foreign communists influencing society, infiltrating the federal government, or both.

The Communist party of the United States was routinely harassed and oppressed by government officials, leading it to be the primary client of the ACLU.

9. The ACLU does not believe in the Second Amendment.

ACLU POLICY “The ACLU agrees with the Supreme Court’s long-standing interpretation of the Second Amendment [as set forth in the 1939 case, U.S. v. Miller] that the individual’s right to bear arms applies only to the preservation or efficiency of a well-regulated militia. Except for lawful police and military purposes, the possession of weapons by individuals is not constitutionally protected. Therefore, there is no constitutional impediment to the regulation of firearms.”ACLU Policy #47

8. Their outright hatred of the Boyscouts. They are currently doing everything in their power to hurt this organization. They attacked their free speech right to exclude gays, and are threatening schools, and fighting in court to get their charters shut down. The oppose the military supporting them, and will sue the pants off any school that attempts to charter them.

7. The ACLU are pro-death. Not only is the ACLU Pro-abortion, it’s the ACLU’s top priority. It most definitely takes a backseat to free speech for the ACLU. As a matter of fact, the ACLU has fought against the free speech rights of those that oppose it. If its abortion or euthanasia, as long as its pro-death you can count on the ACLU to support it. The only exception to the ACLU’s pro-death stance, is if it is a convicted criminal; in this case they are against death.

6. The ACLU advocate open borders. Not only have the ACLU opposed the Minute Men, a group who are simply exercising their freedom of speech, protesting and stepping up where the government is failing, but they have helped illegals cross the border.

5. The ACLU is anti-Christian. The list is endless on this one. Under the guise of “seperation of Church and State”, the ACLU have made a name for theirself on being rabidly anti-Christian. This is one area where they are most hypocritical. They oppose tax exemptions for all churches, but fight for them for Wiccans. They are against Christianity in school, but oddly remain silent as our children are taught to be Muslims. Whether its baby Jesus, ten commandments, or tiny crosses on county seals, the ACLU will be there to secularize America, and rewrite our history.

4. The ACLU Opposes National Security. The ACLU have opposed almost every effort in the arena of national security. From the bird flu to bag searches, the ACLU have been against it. No matter what kind of search someone tries to do to protect people, the ACLU have proved they are against them across the board. Its kind of ironic that they don’t practice the principles they preach.

Take a walk into the NYCLU’s Manhattan headquarters – which it shares with other organizations – and you’ll find a sign warning visitors that all bags are subject to search.

3. The ACLU Defend the enemy. They have a long history of this one. They defended the P.L.O. in 1985. They defended Quadafi in the 1980’s. And they continue today. They have told Gitmo detainees they have the right to remain silent, as in not talking to interrogators. One issue that really disturbs me is their refusal of funds from organizations such as the United Way that were concerned the money would be used to support terrorism.

In October of 2004, the ACLU turned down $1.15 million in funding from two of it’s most generous and loyal contributors, the Ford and Rockefeller foundations, saying new anti-terrorism restrictions demanded by the institutions make it unable to accept their funds.

“The Ford Foundation now bars recipients of its funds from engaging in any activity that “promotes violence, terrorism, bigotry, or the destruction of any state.”

The Rockefeller Foundation’s provisions state that recipients of its funds may not “directly or indirectly engage in, promote, or support other organizations or individuals who engage in or promote terrorist activity.”

2. The ACLU supports child porn distribution and child molesters like NAMBLA.

As legislative counsel for the ACLU in 1985, Barry Lynn told the U.S. Attorney General’s Commission on Pornography (of which Focus on the Family President Dr. James C. Dobson was a member) that child pornography was protected by the First Amendment. While production of child porn could be prevented by law, he argued, its distribution could not be.

1. The ACLU fufills its agenda using my tax money.

God punished New York because of gay marriage law

The destructive impact of hurricane/tropical storm Sandy on New York could be God's vengeance for homosexual marriages being legal in that state. New York has never seen a storm like this before. Why? It is the vengeance of God. Though God does not openly show his awesome power as he did when destroying Sodom and Gomorrah for homosexuality, God controls nature.

Sodomites and non God fearing people at Kentucky Equality Federation, Lexington Fairness, Marriage Equality Kentucky, and Louisville Fairness Campaign should witness the warning of God.

Marriage Equality Kentucky people say they are disenfranchised because they cannot marry a person of the same sex, goat, pig, or what have you. If you support one of these organizations especially Marriage Equality Kentucky, repent now and become righteous before the clock chimes midnight.

We cannot even count on the Lexington Herald Leader or the Louisville Courier Journal to be objective, as Ann Coulter said they are corrupt progressives with each endorsing Obama and the gay agenda.

As Brother John McTernan posted, When God Judges a Nation For Homosexuality. Some of the article is below, or read it all.

I want to clear something up. I am not saying this super destructive hurricane was because of the homosexual act. The Holy God of Israel will judge individuals for their sinful acts.

What I am saying is the judgment is for the government promoting homosexual “marriage” as an ordinance. Once a nation legalizes sin, like abortion and homosexual “marriage”: that nation falls under the direct judgment of the Holy God of Israel. God does not destroy a nation right away but first warns.

Also, the judgment comes from more than homosexuality. Abortion and pressuring Israel to divide God’s covenant land also brings severe judgment.

It now appears that the warnings for God are coming to an end, and the destructive judgments have arrived.

America has not repented of promoting the homosexual agenda so the judgments will not stop. You can be angry with me, but it does not change that America has fallen under the judgment hand of the Holy God of Israel. God will not tolerate homosexual “marriage”. It is the end of the line with sin.

Isaiah 26:9 With my soul have I desired thee in the night; yea, with my spirit within me will I seek thee early: for when thy judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness.

The following is a teaching from the Bible which shows what triggers God’s judgment on a nation. America is now nearly fully engaged in making these sins ordinances.

Unions That Divide: Churches Split Over Gay Marriage

At a black Pentecostal church in Raleigh, N.C., the Rev. Patrick Wooden entered the sanctuary on Sunday to a standing ovation, exulting that God’s “high hand” had led voters last week to pass a statewide amendment banning same-sex marriage. He took to the pulpit and denounced President Obama for taking a stand “in support of sin,” and “in opposition to the biblical model of marriage.”

Same-sex marriage became a reality in the United States in 2004 in the wake of a ruling by the Massachusetts Supreme Court that it was required under the equal protection clause of the commonwealth' Constitution. Prior to 2012, same-sex marriage was also legalized in New York, Connecticut, Iowa, New Hampshire, Vermont and Washington, D.C. Early in 2012, Washington State and Maryland both approved same-sex marriage laws, but neither took effect immediately and both were expected to be challenged in referendums.

In early May, North Carolina voted in large numbers for a constitutional amendment that would ban same-sex marriages, partnerships and civil unions, becoming the 30th state in the country and the last in the South to include a prohibition on gay marriage in the state constitution. A thousand miles away, at a predominantly white, Lutheran church in Madison, Wis., where a rainbow banner greets churchgoers arriving for services, the Rev. Susan Schneider preached that gay men and lesbians were included when Jesus commanded his followers to love one another: “Knocking down the walls is what Jesus was after.”

Mr. Obama’s declaration last week that he supports same-sex marriage prompted ministers around the country to take to their pulpits on Sunday and preach on the issue. But in the clash over homosexuality, the battle lines do not simply pit ministers against secular advocates for gay rights. Religion is on both sides in this conflict. The battle is actually church versus church, minister versus minister, and Scripture versus Scripture.

The dividing lines are often unpredictable. There are black churches that welcome openly gay couples, and white churches that do not. Some Presbyterian churches hire openly gay clergy members, while others will not. The Roman Catholic Church teaches that homosexual behavior is a sin, but there are Catholic priests who secretly bless gay unions.

And leaders in the United Methodist Church have been debating whether to ordain openly gay ministers for four decades, and voted again just this month to uphold their prohibition. But there are Methodist ministers who perform same-sex marriages in defiance of church rules who share the denomination with ministers who preach that America is going the way of Sodom and Gomorrah because of homosexuality.

Kentucky's alleged equality organizations failing

Since I was been absent things have gotten better, witness the awesome power of the Family Foundation of Kentucky:

The future of instant racing gambling in Kentucky is back in the hands of a trial judge who the Kentucky Court of Appeals on Friday ordered to further develop the issues surrounding the slot-like game.

The 2-1 decision doesn't expressly prohibit instant racing at Kentucky Downs in Franklin near the Kentucky-Tennessee state line and Ellis Park in Henderson. Instead, the court sent the case back to Franklin Circuit Judge Thomas Wingate with instructions to allow the Family Foundation of Kentucky and the state to explore several issues surrounding the game, in which patrons bet on historic races without knowing the names of the trainers, jockeys or horses involved.

In December 2010, Wingate upheld a proposal allowing tracks to accept pari-mutuel bets on rebroadcasts of the old races. The Family Foundation intervened in a lawsuit seeking to clarify the issue.

By not allowing the state and the Family Foundation of Kentucky to exchange evidence and flesh out the issues, it is impossible to tell what the trial judge relied on to justify upholding instant racing, Senior Judge Joseph E. Lambert wrote for the appeals court.

Martin Cothran, a senior policy analyst for the Lexington-based Family Foundation of Kentucky, said the ruling levels the playing field in the litigation.

"With an issue as ripe for corruption as expanded gambling, the public has a right to question, know and understand the underlying facts relating to the gambling activity and the special interests involved," Cothran said.

Social clubs like the faux and defunct Kentucky Fairness Alliance pose no threat to family values in Kentucky. Other social groups, Lexington Fairness and the Gay and Lesbian Services Organization or GLSO are also without power or merit, just a bunch of homosexuals getting together to get drunk? Cocktail anyone?

Louisville Fairness Campaign has proven how useless they are with the Berea ordinance. Chris Hartman the director of Louisville Fairness Campaign publicly promised a Madison County Human Rights Commission.  They created it and omitted the gay agenda, a major slap in the face to Hartman's credibility.

Hartman also proved that he himself is a bully, covered by major news outlets:

The leading supporter of the so-called “Bullying Bill” became verbally and physically abusive in a Capitol Annex hallway with an opponent of the bill after the bill went down to defeat in a House committee, attracting the attention of State Police and other observers. The Family Foundation called on the Fairness Campaign to issue a public apology for the behavior of its director, Chris Hartman. “If you are really opposed to bullying, the last thing you probably want to do is engage in it in plain sight after a meeting in which a bill prohibiting it was just discussed,” said Family Foundation spokesman Martin Cothran. Hartman obstructed the path of Andrew Walker, who had lobbied the committee against the bill, harassing him as he was leaving the restroom after the meeting and began interrogating him in an intimidating way. Several minutes later, Hartman cornered Walker again and began verbally bullying him with charges of being opposed to student safety.

According to Louisville’s Courier Journal, Hartman “became verbally and physically abusive toward Andrew Walker, a policy analyst for The Family Foundation of Kentucky, who had lobbied against the bill.” As a result, The Family Foundation of Kentucky has called on the Fairness Campaign to issue a public apology for the behavior of Hartman.

Personally I think criminal charges should have been filed but the Louisville Fairness Campaign still has some political strength.

Kentucky Equality Federation's former president, Jordan Palmer successfully lobbied the feds to prosecute the first so-called gay hate crime in the United States. So what? They also forced the city of Hazard to make changes and got a true Christian suspended from his job just because he didn't want homosexuals kissing in his pool.

With Palmer no longer in the drivers seat, the future political power of Kentucky Equality Federation is in question. With Palmer and his political connections gone Kentucky Equality Federation will collapse on itself.  Palmer stepped down for health reasons, he probably has AIDS knowing how easy the gays have sex.

Joshua Koch the Kentucky Equality Federation's new president condoned the illegal removal of a freedom of speech billboard which told God fearing people the truth: "Abortion is Murder and Homosexuality is a Sin!" Just how hard do you think the Lexington Police Department is going to investigate the removal of that billboard with a gay mayor?

Be warned, David Adams may be busy but I am back!

If we allow homosexual marriage to be considered legal and valid, what abominations will follow?

"All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing" - Dr. Edmund Burke

I read a news article today that the sex group Kentucky Equality Federation cosponsored a site with Marriage Equality USA to tell sex stories on a new domain www.marriagestories.org.

I hope my fellow Kentuckians will join me in bombarding this site with the word of God and legitimate man and woman marriage stories. Many sex groups are now involved like Freedom to Marry, Equality Mississippi, a gay wedding magazine, and homosexual bloggers around the country.

How can you show a group of people the evil and error of their deeds if they will not listen?

Any child knows that God created Adam and Eve; NOT, Adam and Steve! The very notion of two homosexuals getting married is repulsive and disgusting. In Romans 1:26 God calls homosexual "love"... vile affections, i.e., morally reprehensible affections. God's Word condemns homosexuality, which is why Sodomites today are relentlessly trying to corrupt the Bible. Romans 1:25 told us they'd do this, "Who changed the truth of God into a lie..."

When a society begins to accept and even condone depravity it is not long for this world. We are constantly told by the left to embrace this 'lifestyle' and its participants. To now say anything negative about homosexuality is considered to be 'hate speech'.

In many states, we now see the left pushing private businesses to extend insurance benefits to 'same -sex partners'. We also see lily-livered politicians caving into pressure from gay rights groups.

If we allow homosexual marriage to be considered legal and valid, what abominations will follow? Legalized bestiality? Will it become acceptable for adults to openly molest children? NAMBLA members are no doubt salivating at the prospects! It is a very slippery slope indeed.

Gays on every corner in Lexington this weekend. Keep your children home.

The sodomites will be taking over Lexington this weekend. Most of it sponsored by QX.net and I plan on finding out who owns this company. I want to make sure none of my tax dollars are going to a pro-sodomite organization.

Leviticus 18:22: Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.

The good news: The degeneration of Kentucky Fairness Alliance continues according to the internet, they have lost the Northern Kentucky Chapter also. That is Lexington, Richmond, and now Northern Kentucky. To our advantage, this organization is its own worst enemy.

The bad news: The Northern Chapter of KFA is now called Equality Northern Kentucky and they identity themselves as a task force, not an actual organization.

We must stand firm here in Kentucky and make sure it doesn't turn into another California! As one smart person has pointed out, with all the sin currently in the world, we are close to the rapture.

I must wonder why sodomite leader Jordan Palmer and the folks at Kentucky Equality Federation have distanced themselves from Lexington Fairness - Bluegrass Fairness, or whatever their name is today. To make things worse here in Kentucky, sodomite Palmer was on record recently as saying Kentucky's gay marriage ban must be repealed. Good luck with that one Mr. Palmer, it will never happen.

The good news: I hear Jordan Palmer will be moving to another state soon to take on a new project.

The bad news: Kentucky Equality Federation is currently looking for an executive director to replace their president sodomite.

Tolerating a sodomite pride festival and allowing sodomites to get married are very different things. There are too many good Christian folks here in Kentucky to ever allow that to happen.

I believe that the reason why we must fight against the gay-behavior-affirming heresy and error in the Christian churches is precisely because unrepentant homosexuals will miss heaven and the ultimate realization of transcendent good.

What is left for them?

Transcendent evil.

They are so caught up in the flesh that they don't even realize it is evil in the first place! What's more, they refuse to ever acknowledge it and, instead, re-name it as a "blessing from God."

Like Michael G. Mickey, I will be staying in this weekend also. The first homosexual who steps foot on my lawn will be arrested. Mike says it best when he said he will come out again when he "can drive through the city without fear of my 7-year-old asking me why two men are kissing on the street corner."

Reporting to work in Kentucky state government in drag

The sex group Kentucky Equality Federation was the first to cheer about Gov. Beshear signing an executive order protecting people who are homosexual from being fired or not hired in state government. I have no problem with that, but what I do have a problem with is the addition of 'gender identity.'

I am very interested in knowing exactly what this covers. Does this mean if a man comes dressed in drag to work that no one can fire 'it'?

I am told the chair(it)* of the other statewide sex group 'Kentucky Fairness Alliance' is a drag queen and walks around most of the time pretending to actually be a woman. If that is not a mental disorder, what would qualify as one?

*The term chair(it) was used because I do not think you can safely call someone who walks around all day dressed as a woman a chairman or a chairwoman.

Folks, we are in a time when all Christian values are under attack. Both statewide sex groups have setup political action committees to no doubt elect more homosexuals to public office and get Christians out of public office.

Kentucky Equality Federation has established Kentucky Equality PAC and give Baptist Christians like State House Rep. C. B. Embry an 'equality rating' of 16% because he did not answer every question presented by Kentucky Equality PAC in support of their gay agenda.

If we did not have people like Rep. Embry and Senate President David Williams in office the next thing the sex groups would do is infuse a "gay" influence into public school curricula by teaching some families have two daddies, or two mommies. Those are not the values our country was founded on. They can try to deny Christian values did not have a role in writing our constitution all they want, but if you read it, you can clearly see it.

Gay agenda in Kentucky moving forward but slowed

The homosexual agenda is not only spreading in the public schools, but also inflicting great harm in the churches. On the heels of Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger's signature on S.B. 777, which opponents describe as a homosexual indoctrination plan for education districts, a pro-homosexual lobbying organization in California has launched its campaign to infuse a "gay" influence into public school curricula. This could be next for Kentucky!

We can learn a valuable lesson from Lot. As Christians now are required to "defend the purity of our homes at great cost" too. I think that Christians have finally been awakened to the threat of this type of sin overtaking the moral compass of our country and it needs to be stopped.

Homosexual activists will continue to attempt to "break down the doors" of morality in our country and we must diligently do all we can to prevent this.

When it gets so bad, the Lord's angels will be there to help. We must continue to keep up the fight to defeat the homosexual agenda while bathing our efforts in constant prayer.

There are liberal "gay-affirming" churches that have let practicing homosexuals into their churches. Rather than counseling them to confess their propensity to sin in this manner and urging them to "renew their minds in Christ Jesus", they are promoting, accepting and celebrating their sin right along with them. They are (knowingly or not) preventing them from the saving grace of Jesus Christ by promoting such heresy and apostasy! Too many lost souls can result from this deception!

The liberal media and people who resist the idea that all that they do, whether good or evil will one day be revealed before the feet of Jesus Christ. The ignorance of not taking Christians' warnings on this issue and their pride not allowing them to stop their promotion of this evil and sinful lifestyle will one day be exposed for the evil that it is and how it affected the destiny of thousands, if not millions, of eternal souls to eternal destruction.

One evangelist replied to a homosexual man who stated that he was "born that way" by stating that he is right. He was born that way. The Bible says he was born that way. How does the Bible do this? Through pointing out that we ALL are born with a sin nature that is rebellious, antagonistic, and contrary to the Holiness and Righteousness of God! The Bible is crystal clear on the issue that homosexual sex is sinful. A man is not to "lie with a man as with a woman. That is abomination."

Now, after reading all of this, we must go back and examine the true motives of homosexual activists with their domestic partner benefits at the University of Louisville and the University of Kentucky. Jordan Palmer, the president of Kentucky Equality Federation told the Lexington Herald Leader the bill to ban domestic partnership benefits filed by Democratic Reps. Ancel Smith of Leburn and Richard Henderson of Jeffersonville was distasteful, could be have been talking about something in his mouth from his sinful ways?

Kentucky Equality Federation and allied organizations like Kentucky Fairness Alliance and Fairness Campaign of Louisville are trying to change the minds of people who have been brought up by parents who trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. They are nothing more than sex groups!!!

They are planning a rally in Frankfort to try and convert lawmakers and children from what they have learned in God's Word, the Bible, to the sinful practices of homosexual, bi-sexual, transgender etc. secular humanistic worldviews in order to desensitize, jam, and convert them to their radical liberal leftist ways of thinking. A perfect example is the movie "For The Bible Tells Me So" brought to Louisville by Kentucky Fairness Alliance. This is serious messing with minds people!!! Don't let ANYONE convince you other wise, especially sin loving writers at BlueGrassRoots, Bluegrass Report, The Bridge, or United We Stand.

The sex group Kentucky Equality Federation says Kentucky Dems are liars.

The sex group Kentucky Equality Federation says Kentucky Dems are liars.

When you don't do what the sex group wants they accuse you of lying. Jordan Palmer, the sex groups president is quoted in the
Herald Leader by Ryan Alessi as saying "A coalition of gay-rights groups is planning a Capitol rally in February."

Perhaps Kentucky Democrats are finally trying to do what is right.

Sodomites attempt to smear Fletcher

Sodomite supporters at Kentucky Equality Federation attempt to define the legacy of Republican Governor Fletcher. They forget all the jobs he brought to Kentucky and the budget surplus.

The end of the Kentucky Fairness Alliance?

When you put a bunch of homosexuals into the same room the gossip and backbiting that takes placing is simply amazing. This is what took place when Just Fund Kentucky hosted an event with comedian Kate Clinton in Lexington on October 27, 2007.

I did not know the Bluegrass Chapter of the Kentucky Fairness Alliance broke off and became an independent organization [and no longer associated with KFA]. That would seem to be the life story of the Kentucky Fairness Alliance. One cannot help but wonder if Clear Channel, Lexmark, and all the other corporate sponsors of KFA’s dinner in Louisville on November 10, 2007 know how disassociated they truly are with the bulk of gay supporters and the general homosexual population.

Kentucky’s only gay lawmaker, Sen. Ernesto Scorsone [according to information from the Kate Clinton event] is now estranged from the organization he once supported. Most people at the Clinton event predicted the KFA will fold by the end of next year.

With Sen. Scorsone and others no longer backing then, KFA was desperate to find new money and supporters, leading then to bring another name into their 3rd Annual Dinner, the Louisville Fairness Campaign [Louisville area only].

Homosexual organizations and leaders arguing, fighting, and disassociating from one another is yet another reason the gays will lose the war on gay marriage. Just look at what recently happened with the Human Rights Campaign as a perfect example [the transgender population doesn't trust them, and rightly so].

I’m not opposed to laws to protect gays from being fired simply because of their homosexuality. Some things however, such as marriage, cannot be included in same-sex relationships that are by their very nature seductive, promiscuous, and without moral centers.

With Kentucky Fairness Alliance out of the way, only Kentucky Equality Federation stands in the way to righteousness but we have plans to stop them.

Sex group says Family Foundation is the modern day KKK

This is outrageous. If you do not want Kentucky to become the new Massachusetts we are members of the K.K.K. according to the Kentucky Equality Federation.

“It is time to bear witness to the fact that the people of Kentucky have stood for marriage, and do stand for marriage now,” said Kent Ostrander, executive director of the Lexington-based Family Foundation, which sponsored the rally.

Several legislators — most Republicans — spoke in support of the effort to get the General Assembly to pass legislation during the special yesterday, or in a special session Gov. Ernie Fletcher plans to call beginning Aug. 13.

The sex groups joined together to issue a joint press statement.

Unlike Kentucky Fairness Alliance, Kentucky Equality Federation has teeth. If you follow news about Kentucky Equality Federation in Louisville or Northern Kentucky they are young in comparison to the Louisville sex group or the KY Fairness Alliance meaning their management and members appear to be 28 or younger.

Are these tactics a sign of the times of what I have to look forward to as I get closer to 60? Maybe they are more than a sex group and possibly an age group also?

Join the fight against domestic partner benefits

It looks as if Kentucky Equality Federation and Kentucky Fairness Alliance have been successful in getting the General Assembly (Democrats no doubt) to drop the issue of boyfriend benefits from the Extraordinary Session Agenda. But do not worry just yet, the Family Foundation of Kentucky is planning a "protest" at the Capital to greet the House when they return. Join them if you can.

About 250 people are expected to gather Monday in Frankfort in opposition to domestic partner benefits in Kentucky’s public universities and agencies.

The “Rally to Protect Marriage” is set for 2 p.m. in the state Capitol Rotunda, said Kent Ostrander, executive director of the Family Foundation of Kentucky, the sponsor.

Ostrander said “we want to simply encourage the legislature to take up Senate Bill 5.” The legislation passed the upper chamber 28-6 in a truncated special session earlier this month.

In 2004, more people voted "Yes" for the Kentucky Marriage Protection Amendment than had ever voted both "Yes" and "No" combined on any other constitutional amendment in Kentucky history. After passage with record-breaking participation by citizens, those pushing "other" sexual relationships counter-attacked by influencing the upper-level administrations of the state’s two flagship universities – the University of Kentucky and University of Louisville.

There they set out to create "domestic partnerships" and offer them benefits. U of L started offering such benefits to employees who had live-in homosexual or heterosexual lovers in January and UK's Board decided to follow U of L's lead in April. Their goal is to establish them at the two largest universities, move them into other schools, then into cities and, ultimately, render the Marriage Protection Amendment useless.

Is sodomy and homosexuality becoming a national trend? Kentucky Equality Federation apparently thinks so!

A very interesting conversation going on between some liberals and conservatives in this post from Kentucky Progress.

Add your thoughts to the self righteous Kentucky Equality Federation's comments about sodomy and homosexuality becoming a national trend. What kind of crack are these guys smoking?

Democrats to return to the Capital?

Looks like the democrats may be going back to the Capital after all according to the Hearld-Leader.

That will likely upset Kentucky Equality Federation if the domestic-partner issue isn't removed from the agenda.

Kentucky Equality Federation, Kentucky Fairness Alliance, Fairness Campaign.....how many gay rights organizations does Kentucky need? A new organization is also being formed for Kentucky! Who besides the Family Foundation stands for what is fair and proper?
